Numerous sponsorship opportunities exist. Companies and other organizations can consider supporting the meeting at established sponsorship levels or choose to support individual meeting components, such as refreshment breaks.

Exhibits
This is an ideal way to meet with potential customers face to face and to distribute important information and other items. The exhibit area will be a self-contained room adjacent to the meeting room. Two coffee breaks (which will be served buffet-style in the exhibit area) and extra time during the lunch session will provide multiple opportunities for attendees to visit exhibits and to speak directly with providers of services and products. Announcements and signage will encourage attendees to spend time in the exhibit area.
